WP 5 - Data integration, ontology and AI
The work package 5 (WP 5) is focused on development, optimizing and application of AI for data collection, integration and predication of chemical hazard.
The WP 5 focuses to develop, optimize, and apply artificial intelligence (AI) for data collection, integration, and prediction of chemical hazard.
This work package aims to collect data from unstructured and structured data sources using manual data extraction and natural language processing tools. In addition, it will produce a big data platform that will house chemical-property data. Furthermore, WP5 will also develop ontologies with controlled vocabularies to standardize adverse outcome pathways for selected systemic repeated dose toxicity endpoints. Finally, WP 5 will develop an AI system to predict chemical hazard, including potency information, and analyse and report on the system’s performance.
