WP 10 - Coordination
The work package 10 (WP 10) is mainly focused on the coordination of the general management, research, dissemination, exploitation, communication, and data management aspects of the ONTOX project.
The main focus of WP 10 is to coordinate the general management, research, dissemination, exploitation, communication, and data management aspects of ONTOX. This includes performing and monitoring activities related to the ASPIS cluster (Animal-free Safety Assessment of Chemicals: Project cluster for Implementation of novel Strategies composed of ONTOX, PrecisionTox, and RISK-HUNT3R).
The WP 10 tasks involve day-to-day management of the consortium, communication with all partners and the scientific advisory board (SAB), effective monitoring and reporting of task implementation, management of legal, ethical, and gender issues, organization of the ONTOX meetings (Annual meetings, Executive Committee meetings and General Assembly meetings), compiling reports, communicating with the European Commission on the project progress and engaging with stakeholders. It also includes collaboration with other relevant initiatives, such as joint activities with RISK-HUNT3R, PrecisionTox, VHP4Safety, and the University of Seoul.
The ONTOX project coordinator is supported by the project manager and deputy coordinators. Research coordination involves monitoring progress, deliverables, and risk management in alignment with work packages WP 1 – 9. Dissemination efforts focus on developing strategies with WP 11 – 14 for effective communication, data management, business sustainability, and market analysis.
WP 10 also facilitates integration within the ASPIS cluster, co-coordinating joint meetings, workshops, trainings, and data sharing and supporting the ASPIS Academy’s development.
