ONTOX PUBLIC DELIVERABLES

Find out about the progress and public deliverables of the ONTOX project

The overall objective of deliverable D14.1 was to create a modern and user-friendly website linked with the ONTOX social media accounts that will be used as one of the project’s primary communication and dissemination tools. The website provides detailed information on the aims, objectives, consortium, work progress and the current state of the ONTOX project.

The objective of this deliverable was to develop targeted dissemination and communication plan to reach the ONTOX specific audiences and subgroups. The report details the principles, which shaped the dissemination and communication strategy to achieve the desired impact towards identified target audiences.

The objective of this deliverable was the set-up and characterization of existing in vitro assays to detect MIEs and KEs in the AOP networks on chemical-induced steatosis and cholestasis in the liver.

The objective of this deliverable was to develop and evaluate in vitro assays to detect newly identified MIEs and KEs for tubular necrosis and crystallopathy following the establishment of the ontologies.

The objective of this deliverable was to prepare a report on existing and novel in vitro assays relevant for the context of the ONTOX project work.

The objective of this deliverable was to built a model of mammalian neural tube closure using CompuCell3D, an open-source platform that simulates multicellular systems. This platform takes into account the specific behaviors of cells, their regulatory signals, and physical properties.

The objective of this deliverable was to develop structure-activity relationship (SAR) models to predict molecular initiating events (MIEs) associated with adverse outcome pathways (AOPs) for liver, kidney, and developmental brain toxicities. SAR models are complemented by a read-across strategy to identifies chemical analogues with known experimental data.
